See the whole stay more clearly.
The Guest Journey Review gives luxury hospitality teams a private, considered view of how their experience holds together, from the first search to the final farewell.
Beautiful spaces and thoughtful people matter. So does every moment that connects them for the guest.
Why the connections matter
A good room is only part of a good stay.
A property can have beautiful rooms, attentive staff and a genuine willingness to help, yet leave a guest uncertain about what will happen next. The website may describe a room without explaining the route to it. A booking may be confirmed while an important detail remains unclear.
These moments often fall between teams and stages of the stay. A Guest Journey Review follows the connections, so the hotel can see where confidence is built, where it is lost and what deserves closer attention.
Who it is for
Useful insight for teams who care about the details.
The review is for owners, general managers, operations leaders, marketing and digital teams, and selected destination or collection partners. The best starting point is a willingness to look closely at the experience you already offer.
See the connected journey
Understand how information, service and physical spaces work together for a guest.
Notice where confidence changes
See what feels clear and reassuring, and where guests may need to ask, assume or work something out alone.
Bring promise and experience closer
Compare the information available before booking with the stay a guest can actually enjoy.
Choose considered priorities
Give teams a private perspective on the details worth improving in communication, service or operations.
The Guest Journey Review
From first enquiry to lasting impression.
The exact scope is shaped around your property and the questions you want to explore. A review may follow these connected parts of the stay:
Before arrival
What the website explains, how enquiries are answered and whether booking and pre-arrival information give guests practical confidence.
Throughout the stay
Arrival, routes through the property, bedrooms and bathrooms, dining, wellbeing, leisure and shared spaces, considered alongside communication and service.
At departure
How the final moments feel, and whether the whole visit has fulfilled the expectation set before the guest arrived.
Shaped around the property
One service, tailored to the question.
The Guest Journey Review can begin at different points. We agree the focus, practical arrangements and investment together before work begins.
Remote review
A closer look at the visible website, enquiry, booking and pre-arrival journey.
On-site review
A first-hand view of how the connected experience works across the agreed parts of a property.
Collection or destination review
A tailored perspective across related properties, routes or experiences where consistency matters.
How we work
A clear, considered process.
01 / Discovery
We discuss the property, its priorities and the question the review should answer.
02 / Preparation
We agree the scope and gather the information needed to understand the guest journey.
03 / Review
Luiz follows the agreed journey remotely or on site, paying attention to how its parts connect.
04 / Private handover
Findings, priorities and recommendations are shared privately, with a conversation where useful to the agreed scope.
The perspective
Luiz Faye
Luiz founded The Inclusive Edit after years of travelling and staying in luxury hotels. As a wheelchair user, she notices both the practical details and the feeling of a place: what guests are told, how a team responds and whether the experience keeps its promise.
Her work across editorial, television, advertising and sports media brings a storyteller’s eye to hospitality. The review combines first-hand experience with careful observation and a genuine interest in helping thoughtful teams see their property more fully.
Clear boundaries
Distinct work, held to the same standard.
Consultancy
A private Guest Journey Review offers insight into how the stay works across connected touchpoints. It is not an access audit, legal compliance assessment, certification, staff training programme or public scorecard.
The Inclusive Edit Studio
The Studio creates commissioned guest-facing copy and visual content for a hotel’s own channels. It is a separate service.
Independent editorial
The Inclusive Edit’s editorial coverage cannot be bought, guaranteed or influenced by either commission. Editorial decisions remain independent.

If you are looking closely at your property’s guest journey, Luiz would welcome a conversation about your current priorities and whether a private review would be useful.
