Accessible Guest Journey Content

Accurate, elegant copy, photography and short-form video showing how a luxury hotel stay works in practice, from booking and arrival through the room, dining, wellbeing and shared spaces.

Before the guest arrives

A thoughtful stay can still be difficult to understand

A hotel may have a beautifully considered accessible room, warm service and spaces that work comfortably in practice. Yet online, a prospective guest may find little more than an accessible-room label, one bathroom photograph or an invitation to telephone.

What is missing is often the relationship between the details. Where will the car arrive? How does the route into the hotel feel? What is the room actually like to move around? Can the guest enjoy dinner, the spa, a terrace or breakfast with the same ease as the rest of the stay?

That uncertainty matters. Not because every hotel must offer everything, but because clear information allows a guest to make an informed decision without turning the beginning of a luxury stay into an investigation.

Accessible Guest Journey Content helps a hotel communicate what it genuinely offers with more clarity, warmth and confidence, while preserving the atmosphere and quality of its wider brand.

A clearer expression of the experience

For hotels with more to offer than their current information is able to show

The service is designed for luxury hotels, resorts and small collections that already have accessible accommodation, facilities or thoughtful service to communicate, and want to do so with greater care and specificity.

It may be right for your property if

  • Your accessible rooms are stronger than their current descriptions or photographs.
  • Useful information is scattered across emails, PDFs and conversations with reservations.
  • The room is mentioned online, but the rest of the guest journey is largely absent.
  • Your team wants to communicate access without making the language feel clinical or separate from the brand.
  • You are updating a website, room page, guest-planning section or content library.

What the hotel gains

  • Guest-facing content shaped around the complete stay rather than an isolated list of facilities.
  • Copy and visual assets created for the hotel’s own digital and communication channels.
  • A clearer connection between practical information and the property’s service, design and atmosphere.
  • More useful information for guests deciding whether the experience will work for them.
  • A private view of information gaps that may be creating unnecessary uncertainty before booking.

The commission

What Accessible Guest Journey Content can cover

Every property is different. The final scope is shaped around the hotel, the experience it offers and the channels the content needs to support.

01

Existing information

A review of the hotel’s current website, booking journey, accessible-room information and other relevant guest-facing material.

02

Planning with the hotel

A focused conversation with the relevant marketing and operational contacts to understand the property, its priorities and the details that need to be communicated accurately.

03

On-site content work

An agreed content day exploring the relevant guest journey, which may include arrival, the room, bathroom, dining, wellbeing facilities and shared spaces.

04

Photography and short video

Edited visual content combining useful detail with the atmosphere, quality and sense of place that shape the wider hotel experience.

05

Guest-facing copy

Considered guest-planning and accessible-room copy, supported where appropriate by practical FAQs, captions and descriptive alt text.

06

Private handover note

A concise, constructive note highlighting information gaps or inconsistencies noticed while reviewing and creating the content.

Accessible Guest Journey Content is focused on clear communication for the hotel’s own channels. Where a property is seeking deeper operational analysis, that is considered separately through the Guest Journey Review consultancy service.

How it works

A simple four-stage process

Stage one

Discovery

We discuss the property, its existing information, the intended audience and whether the service is the right fit.

Stage two

Preparation

The scope, spaces, room categories, practical facts and content priorities are agreed with the hotel.

Stage three

On-site work

The agreed guest journey is experienced and captured first-hand, with care for both practical detail and atmosphere.

Stage four

Delivery

The copy, visual content and private note are prepared for review and delivered in line with the property-specific proposal.

A first-hand editorial perspective

About Luiz Faye

Luiz Faye founded The Inclusive Edit after years of travelling, staying in luxury hotels and noticing the space between what high-end hospitality promises and how it sometimes works in practice for disabled guests.

A wheelchair user, adaptive sport leader, former police officer and experienced storyteller, Luiz brings together lived experience, editorial judgement and a close understanding of the details that shape guest confidence.

Her wider work across television, advertising and sports media has developed an instinct for clear communication, human stories and content that respects both its audience and the people or places being represented.

The Studio brings that first-hand perspective into commissioned hotel content. The purpose is not to test a property or search for perfection. It is to understand the experience honestly and communicate what exists with care, accuracy and a genuine sense of place.

Editorial independence

A clear line between commissioned work and independent coverage

The Inclusive Edit Studio creates commissioned content for the hotel’s own website, digital channels and communications.

A Studio commission does not buy, guarantee or influence independent editorial coverage on The Inclusive Edit. Any editorial consideration remains separate and is guided solely by the publication’s editorial judgement.

I’d be very happy to hear about the hotel, what guests can currently find before booking and where clearer, more considered content may be useful.
